Your impact Drive commercial performance by developing and executing the Germany business plan, hitting revenue, margin and growth targets while optimising the product and service mix for local market needs.
Lead the local organisation including sales and project delivery; recruit, mentor and develop managers to create a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture.
Own P&L and financial governance by managing budgets, forecasting, cost control and margin improvement initiatives; report performance to Group leadership and implement corrective actions when required.
Build strong customer and partner relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and distributors to secure key projects and repeat business.
Maintain regulatory and quality compliance ensuring all systems, documentation and delivery meet German and EU norms (CE, ATEX where applicable) and company health & safety requirements.
Represent the company externally at industry bodies, trade events and with strategic customers to raise brand awareness and influence market standards.
Collaborate with HQ to align product roadmaps, sales offerings and R&D initiatives with market feedback and commercial priorities from Germany.
What drives success You are a commercial and technical leader who thrives in a hands-on, international environment.
Proven commercial leadership experience, preferably within fan or smoke control solutions, or other related areas within HVAC.
Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable track record of achieving revenue, margin and growth targets, contract negotiation and large project wins as well as experience working with OEM and partner sales.
Experience with P&L responsibility, budgeting and financial reporting; comfortable driving cost optimisation and margin improvement programmes.
Knowledge of relevant German and EU regulations and standards (CE/ATEX, building and safety regulations) and experience ensuring compliance in delivery and documentation.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with ability to present to customers, staff and executive leadership.
Collaborative leader who builds strong teams and development capabilities.
Strategic thinker with strong execution focus, hands‑on attitude and ability to operate in a growing international organisation.

Context You will lead our German operations and report directly to our Chief Sales Officer.
Preferred location: Southern Germany (Ulm / Munich / Stuttgart area), but location within Germany is not vital for the right candidate.
Regular travel across Germany and occasional travel to HQ will be required.
