Methods Technician

Supplier of prestigious watch brands, we produce watch crystals and complex components. To strengthen our Technical department, we are looking for a Methods Agent.Your main missions will be as follows:- You are responsible for machining processes and analyzing malfunctions in production.- You follow technical projects with financial analysis.- You define the ranges and ensure updates in the ERP.- You define work instruction sheets and are responsible for their updates.- You ensure the conformity of parts and establish price offers.- You provide technical support to production.You also have within your scope: the design of small tools, drafting, and CNC (turning / milling).Your profile:- You hold a diploma as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, or equivalent.- You have confirmed similar experience of 5 to 10 years in an industrial production environment.Also:- You have knowledge of settings on conventional and NC machines.- Mastery of Solidworks and Gibbscam X plus.- You are comfortable with standard tools.- You are dynamic and proactive.- You have a developed sense of organization and responsibility.- You have an open mind and an excellent sense of human relations.- You enjoy working autonomously while being capable of collaborating effectively in a team.If you want to invest yourself in a constantly evolving environment within a dynamic team, we offer you the opportunity to join a company with a family atmosphere, future-oriented, with human values centered on the well-being of employees.
