Supply Chain Business Analyst

Novocure is a global publicly-traded commercial-stage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a non-invasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications - non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.

Novocure Poland is our newest office opening in Europe and you will be part of a global business services team supporting multiple business functions including finance and payroll and located in Krakow. The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure's efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as Point of Contact between IT and business users for system changes.
• Represents Supply Chain in cross-functional projects.
• UAT coordination with business user community and IT department.
• Ticket/change request follow up with IT peers.
• Documenting business processes and providing SAP user training in the respective area.
• Assist users in articulating full process requirements when a system change is requested.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and how those processes interact with other departments.
• SAP experience including MM, QM, WMS and EDI/IDOC integrations; knowledge in other SAP areas is a plus.
• Knowledge in Data analytics, dashboard build and reporting with Power BI or other reporting functionality.
• Writing functional specifications and preparing training materials.
• Familiarity with project management processes.
• English is a must; any other language is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, methodical and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand, translate and communicate business needs.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must have a positive, 'can do' attitude.
