Quantity Surveyor
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading general contractor on a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. Responsibilities
- Manage all cost control aspects of the project from start to completion.
- Prepare, monitor, and update cost plans and project budgets.
- Oversee and prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
- Review and process subcontractor accounts and variations.
- Provide accurate commercial advice to project teams and resolve cost issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit monthly valuations and progress applications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Must‑have
- Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying within construction, preferably on large‑scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software.
- Nice‑to‑have
- Experience on data centre or mission‑critical projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting abilities.
