The role is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing bF5 BIG-IP /b environments, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing application delivery across critical business platforms. As a senior technical authority, you will support complex incidents, lead architectural decisions, and establish operational standards for implementation and support teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and govern bF5 BIG-IP /b application delivery and load balancing architectures. /li liProvide expertise across bLTM, ASM/APM, SSL offloading, ADC technologies, iRules, traffic management, and high-availability cluster designs /b. /li liDefine secure, scalable, and resilient application delivery patterns aligned with enterprise infrastructure standards. /li liLead architecture reviews, major changes, and complex troubleshooting activities. /li liAct as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and application delivery challenges. /li liDevelop and maintain standards, governance frameworks, and operational procedures for F5 services. /li liEnsure load balancing solutions support security, performance, availability, and compliance requirements. /li liCollaborate with networking, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated platform solutions. /li liProduce and maintain architecture documentation, design standards, and operational guidance. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience designing and supporting enterprise bF5 BIG-IP /b environments. /li liDeep knowledge of bLTM, ASM/APM, SSL/TLS technologies, ADC concepts, traffic policies, iRules, and high-availability architectures /b. /li liStrong understanding of application delivery, network architectures, security controls, and performance optimization. /li liExperience supporting complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, and large-scale infrastructure environments. /li liAbility to translate business and application requirements into operationally sustainable technical solutions. /li liStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Certifications /h3 ul libF5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CTS) /b /li libF5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (BIG-IP LTM) Certification /b /li libF5 Certified Solution Expert (F5-CSE) /b in Security or Cloud preferred /li liAdditional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications are advantageous /li /ul h3Language Requirement /h3 ul libGerman language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory. /b /li liThe role requires the ability to participate in technical discussions, incident coordination, service reviews, change management activities, and day-to-day communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customer teams, operational contacts, and site personnel. /li /ul h3Citizenship Requirement /h3 ul liApplicants must hold Swiss citizenship. /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul libWinterthur area, Switzerland /b /li liCandidates should be based in, or regularly available within the Winterthur region to support local operational alignment, customer interaction, coordination with onsite and remote-hands teams, and participation in governance, escalation, architecture, and service review meetings as required. /li /ul h3About NTT DATA /h3 pNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
