Your Role at NTT DATA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close managed service and outsourcing deals as a subject matter expert and quota-bearing sales persona.
  • Act as a trusted networking managed services advisor, engaging decision-makers with consulting-led sales skills.
  • Collaborate with clients at various levels and coordinate with internal sales and delivery teams.
  • Champion understanding of client requirements within delivery teams and initiate improvement programs.
  • Establish strong client relationships and transition clients to a managed services model.
  • Partner with global organizations to adopt new business models.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in managed services solutions for large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling WAN, SDWAN, SASE, LAN, WLAN.
  • Experience in Managed Services Sales and structuring large, profitable contracts.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, especially C-suite executives.
  • Experience networking with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing the entire sales and contracting process.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Deep understanding of company\’s services across multiple technology domains.
  • Knowledge of managed network outsourcing deals and hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong knowledge of network security principles and broader IT infrastructure.
  • Business outcome-led sales approach, client-centricity, problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation skills, financial acumen, legal understanding for contracts.
  • Independent opportunity qualification, teamwork, quick learner.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in Technical or Sales fields.
  • Certifications like Scotworks, Solution Selling/SPIN, AWS Cloud Practitioner, MS Azure Fundamentals are desirable.
