ppWe are seeking an experienced bTechnical Lead / Cross-Domain Architect /b to provide senior technical leadership across the entire infrastructure landscape. Acting as the principal technical authority, this role governs cross-domain architecture, validates complex design decisions, mentors engineering teams, and supports critical escalations. The successful candidate will ensure that compute, network, storage, security, and cloud platform solutions remain integrated, resilient, scalable, and operationally supportable. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical leadership and architectural governance across infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, storage, and compute domains. /liliDefine and maintain enterprise design patterns, architecture standards, and operational best practices. /liliReview and validate cross-domain technical decisions, ensuring alignment with business, security, and operational requirements. /liliAct as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, major incidents, and strategic infrastructure initiatives. /liliMentor and guide L2 and L3 engineering teams, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence. /liliEnsure infrastructure architectures are secure, resilient, scalable, and operationally sustainable. /liliCollaborate with operational, engineering, and customer stakeholders to drive consistent technical direction. /liliSupport governance forums, service reviews, architecture boards, and technical strategy discussions. /liliMaintain architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and technical governance frameworks. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliExtensive experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture and technical leadership roles. /liliBroad expertise across multiple technology domains, including networking, security, compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, and container platforms. /liliStrong understanding of architecture governance, service operations, resilience, high availability, and lifecycle management. /liliProven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and resolve complex infrastructure challenges. /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. /liliExperience operating in large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments. /li /ulh3Preferred Certifications /h3ullibTOGAF® /b or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification /liliExpert-level domain certifications such as: /liliCisco bCCIE /b (Enterprise Infrastructure or Data Center) /lilibCKS /b (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) /liliFortinet bFCX /b / bFCSS /b /lilibF5 Certified Solution Expert (F5-CSE) /b /lilibRed Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) /b /liliAdditional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications are advantageous /li /ulh3Language Requirement /h3ullibGerman language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory. /b /liliThe role requires the ability to participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, incident coordination, governance forums, service reviews, change management activities, and day-to-day communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customer teams, operational contacts, and site personnel. /lilibApplicants must hold Swiss citizenship. /b /li /ulh3Location /h3ulliCandidates should be based in, or regularly available within the Winterthur region to support local operational alignment, customer engagement, coordination with onsite and remote-hands teams, and participation in governance, escalation, architecture, and service review meetings as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
