Overview
As an AI Senior Consultant, you will help position and commercialize AI solutions across the DACH region, aligning opportunities with client priorities. You’ll work with Sales, Partners, and product teams to shape high-value AI use cases and business cases, driving adoption through cross-functional collaboration. You will support presales, develop compelling value propositions, and contribute to market-facing AI offerings. This role blends AI expertise with transformation know-how to scale AI-enabled solutions at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Identify and qualify AI opportunities across DACH; align with client priorities
- Facilitate workshops with business/tech stakeholders to identify high-value AI and Generative AI use cases
- Develop business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps translating challenges into AI-enabled solutions
- Support presales activities: solution shaping, proposals, presentations, demos, executive meetings
- Contribute to creating and commercializing AI offerings (agentic AI, Service-as-Software, AI-enabled managed services, co-innovation models)
- Collaborate with AI, cloud, data and tech partners; map industry needs to reusable cross-industry capabilities
- Contribute to market research, thought leadership, events, and pipeline development
- Ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements across interdisciplinary teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in consulting, professional services, technology, or similar client-facing environments
- 3+ years of AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation experience, including Generative AI knowledge
- Experience identifying and shaping AI-enabled business opportunities
- Experience with presales, workshops, solution shaping, business cases, proposals, or client presentations
- Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; commercial mindset
- Fluency in German and English; willingness to work across DACH and Europe
