Role Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and develop optimization strategies aligned with client needs.
- Lead Payroll projects independently or with teams from conception through implementation and support.
- Assist in customizing and implementing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.
- Take responsibility for partial project management roles.
Qualifications
- Experience as a consultant designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions, specifically Payroll.
- Latest SAP certifications in Payroll and experience with Employee Central Payroll implementations.
- Experience in partial project management and Core‑Hybrid Solutions in the SuccessFactors environment is advantageous.
- Self‑driven, structured work approach with interest in modern payroll solutions.
- Excellent German communication skills; good English preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Germany during project phases.
