Overview
In this Senior role you will design end-to-end, AI-powered BPO/BPS solutions and bridge client stakeholders with product teams and engineers. You will map current operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture, contributing to growth of BPO/BPS capabilities. You’ll collaborate with sales and solution teams to shape deals and drive adoption, while aligning domain priorities with technical capabilities. This role offers impact across clients, technology, and business processes in the DACH region.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Understand client workflows and pain points (e.g., claims, lending, KYC)
- Architect AI-native solutions using modular agent platforms
- Define data and process models with ontology and ML teams
- Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to solution deals
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture within BPO/BPS
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS
- Presale experience of deals (5M–25M) from start to finish
- Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail
- Experience designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
- Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
