The role is responsible for designing, securing, and governing enterprise cryptographic environments, ensuring compliance, resilience, and operational excellence. As a senior technical authority, you will translate cryptographic and regulatory requirements into secure, auditable, and supportable operational solutions. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign, implement, and govern enterprise bHSM and cryptographic infrastructure architectures /b. /liliProvide expertise in bkey management, PKI integration, cryptographic controls, and secure operational processes /b. /liliArchitect and maintain HSM lifecycle processes, including provisioning, rotation, backup, recovery, and retirement. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as bPCI-DSS, eIDAS, and security governance frameworks /b. /liliSupport and lead complex security incidents, cryptographic investigations, and major change activities. /liliDefine secure backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for HSM platforms. /liliDevelop and maintain architecture standards, operational procedures, and governance documentation. /liliCollaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and compliance teams to ensure end-to-end cryptographic security and operational alignment. /liliAct as the senior escalation point for HSM and cryptographic infrastructure challenges. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications: /h3ulliExtensive experience designing and supporting enterprise HSM and cryptographic environments. /liliStrong expertise in bThales Luna Network HSMs /b , key management, PKI, certificate services, and cryptographic operations. /liliDeep understanding of cryptographic governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and auditing principles. /liliExperience implementing highly secure, resilient, and operationally sustainable security architectures. /liliAbility to translate business, security, and regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions. /liliStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulh3Preferred Certifications: /h3ullibThales Luna HSM Administration Certification /b or equivalent vendor HSM credential /lilibCISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) /b /lilibCCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) /b /liliAdditional Security, Network, Storage, or Compute infrastructure certifications are advantageous /li /ulh3Language Requirement: /h3ullibGerman language proficiency at minimum B2 level is mandatory. /b /liliThe role requires the ability to participate in technical discussions, incident coordination, service reviews, change management activities, and day-to-day communication with German-speaking stakeholders, customer teams, operational contacts, and site personnel. /li /ulh3Citizenship Requirement: /h3ullibApplicants must hold Swiss citizenship. /b /li /ulh3Location: /h3ullibWinterthur area, Switzerland /b /liliCandidates should be based in, or regularly available within the Winterthur region to support local operational alignment, customer interaction, coordination with onsite and remote‑hands teams, and participation in governance, escalation, architecture, and service review meetings as required. /li /ulpbWorkplace type: /b /ph3About NTT DATA /h3pNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
