The Sustainability Specialist, GHG Reporting & ESG Platform,is responsible forsupporting NTT DATA’s sustainability reporting and data management activities, with a primary focus on greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, ESG data governance, and administration of the corporate sustainability reporting platform. This role plays a criticalpartin ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and auditability of sustainability data used for external disclosures, regulatory reporting, customer reporting requirements, and internal management reporting. The role will also act as a key administrator and subject matter expert for the ESG platform, supporting users globally and driving continuous improvement throughstandardizationand automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration,configuration,and continuous improvement of the corporate ESG reporting platform.
• Manage user access, permissions,workflows,and reporting structures.
• Maintain organizational hierarchies, facility information, emissionsfactors,andsustainabilitymetrics.
• Coordinate global sustainability data collection across business units and regions.
• Validate,reconcile,andanalysesustainability data submissions.
• Support Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions reporting and calculations.
• Prepare dashboards,reports,and performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Support external assurance activities, auditorrequests,and evidence collection.
• Contribute to CDP and CSRD disclosures.
• Develop training materials and provide support to platform users.
• Drive process improvement, standardization,automation,and data governance initiatives.

Knowledge,Skillsand Attributes

• Strong understanding of GHG Protocol and carbon accounting principles.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks.
• Experience working with ESG,environmental,or sustainability data.
• Strong analytical,communication,and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data quality controls,assuranceand audit processes.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG reporting, environmentalreporting,or GHG accounting.
• Experience working with ESG platforms or enterprise reporting systems.
• Experience supporting sustainability disclosures and external assurance activities.
• Experience in a multinational or matrixorganizationpreferred.

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, DataAnalyticsor related discipline.
• Relevant sustainability or carbon accounting certifications desirable.
• Experience with platforms isadvantageous.
