The main goal of Inside Sales Client Manager (m/f/d) is to manage and expand customer relationships, driving the growth and renewal of solutions within assigned customer segments.

Want to be part of our team? We are seeking an ambitious and passionate INSIDE SALES CLIENT MANAGER (m/f/d) – Central region – based in North Rhine-Westphalia around Düsseldorf

Your responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales Client Managers are passionate customer care professionals with a strong interest in customer satisfaction.
  • You can build and maintain customer relationships and show interest in and knowledge about their environment.
  • You ensure consistent customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer purchase lifecycle by developing, implementing, and managing resources for each contract.
  • Your primary goal is to manage and increase sales and expansion across all solution areas for your assigned customers.
  • You possess excellent communication skills to interact respectfully with customers.
  • You utilize NTT sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and methodologies to effectively manage customers, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.

What you bring:

  • Required professional experience: 2-4 years in a similar environment.
  • Experience in sales and customer care is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of sales management combined with a good understanding of business, procurement, and technology markets is desirable but not essential.
  • Analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Passionate, proactive, and independent with a drive for success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native-level German and English language skills.
