What you’ll do
- As a Associate Director, Brand Communications (f/m/d) , you will drive our brand in line with the global strategy with a strong business mindset, ensuring brand strategy aligns with business performance.
- You will create marketing strategies & creative concepts and implement campaigns ensuring consistency in messaging while allowing for local adaptations.
- You will lead campaign implementation from end-to-end with your team and develop product communication strategies that are aligned with audience insights.
- You are passionate about creating a framework for maintaining brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across all markets.
- You know which communication channels are up-to-date and with which content they should be used to get the most attention from the right target group.
- You will lead and mentor the brand communications team including social media, influencers, and partnerships, while working cross-functionally to drive brand growth and impact.
- You will work closely with other stakeholders in the company and report directly to our management.
Who you are
- You have completed a BA or Master degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in brand management with experience in brand strategy as well as brand marketing operations in the consumer goods or food, health sector across D2C and retail.
- You are analytical and data-driven with a clear understanding of KPIs and how they drive strategic decisions (Brand awareness, ROI, CLV…).
- You have a strong leadership personality: Proven ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a growth mindset.
- You identify strongly with the product and can convincingly communicate our vision to the outside world.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism, and solution-oriented action are in your personal interest.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high capacity to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, as well as external partners.
- You are creative, work proactively, and a high degree of personal responsibility spurs you on.
- You are fluent in business communication in English and German. French is a big plus.
