Overview

As Senior Product Manager at Moss, you own a product area end-to-end, shaping the roadmap from discovery to delivery. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs into measurable impact in an AI-first finance world. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy, align with company growth, and accelerate revenue and user value through thoughtful prioritization and delivery. You’ll lead with customer insight, define success through OKRs, and drive a multi-quarter vision that scales with Moss’ mission.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Own and manage the product roadmap end-to-end for your area, from discovery to delivery
• Define and track OKRs and report progress for your squad
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on scoping, discovery, and delivery
• Ground prioritisation in direct customer conversations and with customer-facing teams
• Identify and flag dependencies with adjacent product teams to mitigate delivery risks
• Represent the customer in cross-functional decisions and trade-off discussions
• Develop a 12–18 month vision with a focus on an AI-first UX

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 4+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end
• 2 years of experience in a B2B environment
• Proven success in conceptualising, launching, and scaling products in a fast-paced setting
• Experience partnering with engineering on technical trade-offs and dependency management
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
