ABOUT THE ROLE

• Be the hero behind the scenes, ensuring our Numa buildings run clockwise
• Manage the Numa Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen Maintenance Team
• Manage the facility management documentation and organization of the hotels
• Well-organized and structured to manage multiple buildings with individual needs
• Respond to guest and colleague requests, tackling technical issues efficiently and professionally
• Conduct regular maintenance checks of building systems, catching problems before they arise
• Oversee external contractors and ensure repairs meet our high standards
• Ensure maintenance programs are executed timely and in budget
• Train maintenance team and ensure high-quality execution

ABOUT YOU

• You possess a talent for repairing things and a dedication to maintaining the smooth operation of buildings
• You possess technical skills and a strong understanding of building systems
• You thrive in an independent work environment and can prioritize tasks effectively
• You have experience in managing mutliple stake holders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you\’ll collaborate with guests, colleagues, and contractors
• You remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
• A \“can-do\“ attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key!
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations is a plus!
• Proficiency in basic English is required
