As part of this exciting growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our Munich office. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our new pet safety brand TAVO , while also supporting our established brand NUNA across European markets.

What you\'ll do

  • Support the Line Manager in shaping and managing product road maps tailored to European market needs, aligned with each brand’s vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure products meet regional requirements and consumer expectations.
  • Gather and consolidate market insights and feedback into actionable recommendations for product development.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in both the baby gear and pet safety industries.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches in collaboration with global marketing – including content creation (e.g. photoshoots, social media, campaigns).
  • Develop training materials and provide product support to distribution partners across Europe.
  • Act as an interface between global headquarters and European teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of product strategies.

What you\'ll bring

  • Degree in business, marketing, engineering, industrial design, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience preferable, ideally in the consumer goods sector.
  • Passion for innovative products, market trends, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Interest in both baby gear and pet products.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Open-mindedness and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and to international locations.
