So what is the role?

As we scale our operations and expand our footprint, we’re looking for aCommercial Lead to drive oursales strategy, business development, and market expansion .
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of physical product (the nunc.) and customer experience. You’ll help make sure that more people drink better coffee, powered by nunc.:

  • Own and develop ourend-to-end sales strategy (online & offline)
  • Build and manage ascalable sales pipeline , from lead generation to closing
  • Identify and lead data-driven experiments onnew channels, direct sales activities, etc.
  • Optional: Identify, initiate and managestrategic partnerships (e.g. office clients, retail partners, distributors)
  • Build and implement a system to measure and optimize CLV
  • Drivego-to-market efforts in new geographies and segments
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes and tools to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with internal roadmaps
  • Build and lead your lean but powerfulsales & growth team
  • Drive data-driven sales strategies and position us as a thought leader in the industry
  • Work and collaborate super closely with our Marketing and Brand team, Customer Love team as well as directly with the founders

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

  • Established arepeatable and structured sales process , tailored to our customer segments
  • Built and actively managed aqualified sales pipeline across direct, inbound and partner channels
  • Developed clearsales collateral, playbooks and workflows that make our value proposition tangible and repeatable
  • Set up a basicperformance tracking for transparency and learning

What you need for this role:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, commercial strategy, and/or business development, ideally in a product-driven environment (hardware, DTC, or consumer tech)
  • Proven ability to build pipelines, close deals, and scale revenues
  • Experience working in or with early-stage companies, and a bias toward action
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency inEnglish ;German is a strong plus
