Overview
In this Channel Systems Engineer role, you enable Nutanix partners to adopt our solutions and run Proofs of Concept. You’ll build trusted partnerships, act as a technical evangelist, and collaborate on the technical sales process. You’ll create and deliver partner trainings, contribute to go-to-market materials, and coordinate with regional teams on enablement and demand generation. This role combines remote work with regional travel (up to 50%), driving partner success and revenue targets.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support partners in adopting Nutanix portfolio and running PoCs
- Build long-term partner relationships and act as trusted resource
- Collaborate with partners to identify prospects and assess product capability
- Deliver technical product presentations and training to partners/customers
- Create partner-facing go-to-market documents and enablement materials
- Coordinate with regional and field teams for pre/post-sales alignment
- Plan and manage demand generation campaigns with partners
- Participate in technical events (conferences, blogs, etc.) with partners
- Learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team and partners
- Act as technical evangelist for products within channel partners
- Travel within the region up to 50%
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years in Sales Engineering or reseller experience with a track record of customer adoption of technology
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of virtualization and storage markets; design capabilities
- Experience selling servers, storage hardware, enterprise software, or networking
- Ability to translate channel partner objectives into technical enablement plans
- Ability to train and motivate partners to exceed revenue targets
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English for business conversations
- Innate ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to support revenue targets
