Located in the heart of Berlin, you will work in an international and diverse team of experts on the hunt for the next generation of small molecules and beyond. Responsibilities

  1. The position holder will be responsible for developing new business for the DMPK and Toxicology service portfolio of Nuvisan ICB in his/her area of Europe (North of Germany, Scandinavia) and cross-selling early drug discovery, early development services and other Nuvisan ICB / Nuvisan services.
  2. Act on a territory and account plan.
  3. Deliver according to agreed sales targets.
  4. Implement strategies for establishing and maintaining international client relationships.
  5. Maintain and expand the potential client network to identify and develop new business areas.
  6. Perform market analyses to identify new potential customers.
  7. Create convincing and tailor-made proposals/offers on request from potential customers in coordination with the scientific and proposal specialists.
  8. Organize customer appointments, organization and participation in events/conventions; set up client meeting, roadshows etc. to effectively promote Nuvisan.
  9. Keep constant information circulation with all relevant elements related to RFPs, proposals, email (client and internal), meetings, conference calls, etc. communicated in the CRM.

Qualifications

  1. Completed scientific degree or comparable qualification, PhD preferred.
  2. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in business development for a service provider, ideally with a focus in preclinical development and toxicology or drug discovery/early research.
  3. Knowledge of the German and European market.
  4. Very high willingness to travel (50-60%) to clients and congresses.
  5. Experience using a CRM and a modern selling environment.
  6. Strong communication skills in German and English.
