Responsibilities
- Processing of incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) from clients in close interaction with the responsible business development (BD) manager
- Participation in technical calls with clients together with the responsible BD manager and subject matter expert/scientific advisor in order to better understand the clients’ business needs
- Compilation of tailored technical proposals including scope, deliverables, cost estimation, payment schedules and timelines
- Perform and coordinate internal review process of proposals with key stakeholders (BD-manager, subject matter experts, scientific advisors, accounting, legal)
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in scientific field, healthcare or business-related field
- Sociability, friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team
- Structured and result-oriented approach
- Very good communication skills
- Assertiveness and high social competence
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken in English & German
- Experienced handling of the standard software MS Office, especially Excel and MS Word
- Willingness to travel to the Berlin and Grafing sites
