Your mission
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Associate (Part-time) to support our financial operations and administrative processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire pre-accounting workflow, including the collection and approval of invoices, ensuring smooth administrative workflows within the company:
- Supplier Invoice Management: Oversee the internal collection process and upload of supplier invoices, perform formal invoice checks and coordinate feedback with suppliers.
- Accounting Support: Upload and support the booking of invoices in DATEV, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Cost Allocation & Budget Coordination: Manage the allocation of cost centres and the approval with budget owners, working closely with budget owners to maintain financial transparency.
- Customer Invoicing: Support the handling and dunning process of customer invoices.
- Payment & Virtual Credit Cards: Handle virtual credit card processes as well as employee reimbursements and ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Reporting & Statistics: Prepare relevant financial statistics and reports to support decision-making.
- Contract Management: Maintain and oversee contract documentation and renewals and support the implementation of a suitable Contract Management tool.
Your profile
- Completed commercial or accounting training.
- Experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Familiarity with DATEV or similar accounting systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and German.
