On behalf of Gieni AG, a Zurich-based enterprise AI software company, we are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack AI Engineer who wants to do more than just build features — but actively shape a new category of AI products.
With
GieniABX , the company is bringing an
Azure-based Autonomous Business Execution platform
to market — software agents that execute complex business workflows end‑to‑end. As part of a
small, senior engineering team , you will play a key role in building the core product: from AI agents to integrations and approval systems.
Build
true agentic AI systems
— not assistants, but execution platforms
High ownership in a
small, senior, fast‑moving team
End‑to‑end impact across
backend, frontend, and AI systems
Direct contribution to a
scaling product in a new category
What you’ll do
Design and ship
multi‑agent systems
and orchestrated, tool‑using AI workflows across customer and external data
Develop backend services on
Azure
(Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos, AI Foundry)
Contribute to
React / TypeScript
frontend, especially approval & audit interfaces
Ensure
production reliability
via testing, evaluation, and regression sets
What you bring
Experience building
production AI / agent systems
(multi‑step workflows, tool use — not chat wrappers)
Strong
Python or TypeScript
(ideally both)
Experience with
LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar
Nice to have
MCP or
advanced connector / tool‑use architectures
Background in
B2B SaaS, automation, or industrial workflows
