You will drive project success, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to secure digital experiences. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage wallet-based digital credential projects for customers
- Provide technical guidance throughout customer integration
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales for project delivery
- Monitor progress, identify technical risks and mitigation actions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides
- Conduct technical customer workshops and internal training sessions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud-based services
- Knowledge of NFC, digital wallets, transit ticketing, or secure digital credential solutions is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a global, cross-functional environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to engage in security-related tasks and work within security certification scopes
