In this role you validate RF-related NFC systems for mobile products, leading cross-functional validation efforts in a global engineering setting. Verantwortungsbereiche

• lead RF-related NFC validation projects within cross-functional teams for mobile products
• plan, track, execute, debug, and report validation activities across the product lifecycle
• provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior RF engineers
• improve RF validation workflows through new software tools and automation
• analyze and optimize RF performance to meet ISO/IEC 14443, NFC Forum, and EMVCo standards
• support customer engagements and design-in activities with technical expertise

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Master's degree in a related engineering field
• minimum 5 years of RF engineering experience
• strong ownership and ability to drive challenges to completion
• deep understanding of RF systems, modulation, transmitter/receiver architectures, PLLs and related blocks
• advanced MATLAB and Python programming skills
• hands-on experience with simulation tools such as ADS or Spice
• well-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• excellent English communication skills
• ability to handle security-related tasks as part of the role
