Your Responsibilities

• Cover the portfolio of Product Engineering in new product introduction (NPI)
• Lead the Product Engineering work package in NPI projects, including delegation
• Manage projects related to the Industrial work package in NPI projects
• Co-develop manufacturing and test flows, ensuring industrial producibility
• Perform in-depth ATE test data analytics for development and customer support
• Oversee test program release at different NPI milestones
• Handle reliability qualification according to AEC-Q100, from strategy to report
• Focus on reliability qualification strategy, stress conditions, and HW/SW definitions
• Conduct IC characterization per AEC-Q003, from strategy to report
• Ensure compliance with product datasheet and functional safety requirements
• Lead and contribute to problem-solving using Six Sigma methodology
• Support quality incidents and customer complaints, including communication
• Introduce DfX methods in new product design
• Drive strategic improvements and innovation projects

Your team

Business line AAES specializes in mixed signal processors and front-ends for car radar applications, leading industry solutions with advanced CMOS technologies. You will work in an international Product Engineering team closely connected to other disciplines and manufacturing sites, involved in new product projects from inception to release, supporting safe-launch and volume ramp-up.

Your profile

The role requires deep expertise in Product Engineering execution, concepts, and technical leadership, acting as a catalyst for neighboring disciplines. Strong communication, ownership, curiosity, teamwork, and independence are essential.

• MsC/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
• >10 years in a semiconductor engineering role similar to Product Engineering
• Understanding of ATE testing and digital/AMS/RF IC design basics
• Deep knowledge of reliability qualification (AEC-Q100)
• Experience with IC characterization (AEC-Q003)
• Skills in data analytics, statistics, and tools like Exensio
• Programming skills in Python, R, C++
• Project management and Six Sigma certification
• Experience in customer communication on technical topics
• Understanding of semiconductor assembly and package technology is a plus
• Knowledge of RADAR/mmWave ICs and test solutions is a plus
• Experience with requirements management and test plan derivation is a plus
• Skills in data science and machine learning are a plus
