Hamburg - Store Manager

For our new NZA New Zealand Auckland Brand Store, we are looking for a commercial and enthusiastic STORE MANAGER . The new store will open in March 2025.

If you have the \“spirit of adventure,\“ are commercial, and prioritize customer service, then we would like to get to know you.

As STORE MANAGER , you and your team are responsible for achieving the set targets and KPIs of your store. You are independent, have a great sense of responsibility, and strive to get the most out of yourself and your team. You lead in a natural and motivating way, understanding what your team needs to perform. You are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and loyal to the brand. You are proactive and think in solutions.

Essential aspects of the function:

1. Monitor costs and store activities, such as inventory management and wage costs.
2. Analyze commercial data and take appropriate measures to achieve the KPIs.
3. Assist with team training and share product knowledge.
4. Motivate, advise, and lead the store team to offer excellent customer service.
