The opportunity

In Mobility, we help our clients manage the complex compliance, reporting and risks inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce. As part of the global team, this group benefits from strategic investment in a number of its businesses and forecasts significant growth in the short to medium term.

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute and lead special advisory projects (e.g. business traveler, equity-based compensation advice, mobility technology, etc.) while ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business driven approach is taken.

Skills and attributes for success

• A recognized diploma in Law, Economics or equivalent, with a good understanding of international mobility topics
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency
• High degree of flexibility, adapting to changing client and stakeholder needs, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed with a commitment to high quality and accuracy, and adhering to professional standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues and clients
