Our client is looking for a HR Manager to help support their internal teams in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, it will be on a hybrid basis, requiring three days per week in the office, based in Frankfurt. You must speak German and English fluently to be considered for this position.

The role

  • Localise and implement People & Culture strategies for the DACH region.
  • Be the first point of contact for HR support, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Manage employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies, and handle sensitive situations.
  • Drive engagement initiatives and support employee events.
  • Oversee talent management processes like onboarding, performance reviews, and promotions.
  • Help develop managers through coaching and mentoring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in HR, particularly within a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
