We are looking for an AI Engineer (m/f/d) at our Munich, Prague or Bratislava location to start as soon as possible.

AI ENGINEER (m/f/d)Munich, Prague or Bratislava AI & Digital Your Responsibilities AI Development & Implementation Develop and implement AI solutions based on LLMs, machine learning and generative AIBuild and operate AI agents and automation workflows (e. g.

Copilot Studio, Lang Chain, Tensor Flow)Integrate AI models into existing systems (ERP, BIM, document management, M365)Develop RAG systems for internal knowledge bases Build prototypes for new use cases identified by business units Data & Modelling Process and prepare unstructured data (documents, plans, reports) for AI applications Carry out model training, fine-tuning and evaluation Ensure data quality and integrity within AI pipelines Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer / Data Architect on platform integration Governance & Quality Conduct standardised risk assessments for new AI deployments (data protection, bias, security)Adhere to Obermeyer Group's ethical AI guidelines (fairness, transparency, human-in-the-loop)Document models, architectures and decisions in line with internal AI governance standards Support the preparation of AI Innovation Requests for the AI Board Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or comparable Several years of hands-on AI/ML development experience Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e. g.
