For our Consultant Team in Germany, we are looking for a consultant (m/f/d) Client/Accounting, money market and FX. In addition to the work at our location in Ebersberg, we also offer the possibility of mobile working after the initial training.
Descripiton:
- You will contribute your banking experience from the area of customer master data and account management to the further development of the specialist module Customer/Account of our overall banking system OBS.
- You will advise and support our customers in the use of this module, analyze and solve specialist and process-related problems of our customers.
- You will ensure the future-oriented further development of OBS through ongoing market observation.
- You will be involved in projects with us and with our customers and can also gain experience as a project manager.
Required Skills:
- You have solid practical training in the form of a banking apprenticeship or a comparable degree, and preferably also a degree in business administration or business informatics.
- Thanks to your several years of professional experience in customer and account administration (back office) or in the organization department, you know topics such as customer master data, FATCA and OECD reporting, conditions, interest rate scales, account statements and account closure 'inside out'.
- You are also familiar with the basics of money and foreign exchange trading and are interested in technical developments in customer self-service and electronic banking.
- Working in a customer-oriented and service-oriented manner, occasionally on site with the customer, is a matter of course for you, as is your command of the German and English languages.
