We are looking for a Senior Developer Cobol (m/f/d) for our Development Team in Germany for the next possible date. In addition to working at our location in Ebersberg, we also offer the possibility of mobile working after the induction period.
Description:
- New development, maintenance, care and further development of high-quality software products
- Development of technical concepts and architecture models
- Quality assurance through extensive automated tests
- Analysis, planning and realisation of individual solutions for our customers
- Implementation of interfaces and connection to database systems
- Collaboration in the technical specification and creation of specialised concepts
- Adaption of existing software to a constantly changing environment
Required Skills:
- Degree in computer science and/or relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Proven experience in programming with Cobol
- Understanding of securities business, payment transactions or credit business in a banking environment
- Confident handling of Linux, Windows systems
- Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Independent and self-reliant way of working and ability to work in a team
- Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills
