What You’ll Do
- Drive the sales cycle from first contact to closing and beyond.
- Actively reach out to roasters – phone, email, visits, and trade fairs.
- Build and execute territory plans to hit ambitious sales goals.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships – coffee is about people.
- Stay sharp on market trends to have impactful conversations with prospects.
What You Bring
- Sales experience (must-have) – a proven track record of closing deals.
- People skills – outgoing, charismatic, driven, and self-starting.
- Languages – fluent English; We want languages! The more the better.
- Coffee experience is a plus
- Industry network – connections in specialty coffee are an advantage.
- Tools – Hubspot CRM or similar is a bonus.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission – when we grow, you grow.
