We are an indigenous contractor providing electrical & instrumentation project support specialising in turnkey packages for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand‑over. Our team works across Ireland, the UK and Europe, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, food & drink, data centres, power transmission and distribution. Role Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our teams across Germany, specifically working on Data Centre and Semi‑conductor projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day site operations and program delivery, ensuring works are completed on time.
  • Coordinate site activities in a progressive manner and ensure plant materials meet agreed specifications.
  • Oversee quality control against approved benchmarks.
  • Manage sub‑contractor activities, track progress versus schedule, and raise damage notices as required.
  • Conduct sub‑contractor meetings; actively participate in look‑ahead meetings.
  • Liaise with health and safety to ensure correct and safe completion of works, complying with MSRA/RAMS.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, manage material storage, issue daily SPA’s and permits.
  • Participate in TBTs and whiteboard meetings to keep operatives informed of ongoing and upcoming works.
  • Communicate with clients and other departmental managers to ensure timely delivery and effective handover.
  • Notify relevant line managers of variations and delays.
  • Report all responsibilities and activities to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Trade qualified or construction‑related qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar supervisory role on a large‑scale project.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
  • Ability to manage time, drive productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Data centre experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a wider site team.
  • Interpersonal skills and willingness to work proactively.
