Your main tasks and responsibilities
Ensure accurate and compliant monthly payroll processing for employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Act as the subject matter expert for payroll, social security, pension funds, taxation and payroll-related legislation.
Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding documentation.
Liaise with social security authorities, insurance providers and external stakeholders regarding registrations, declarations and payroll matters.
Maintain personnel records and electronic personnel files, ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
Coordinate payroll payments, year-end activities, audits and statutory reporting.
Support HR budgeting, reporting and government statistics.
Advise employees and managers on payroll-related questions, policies and procedures.
Continuously improve payroll processes, documentation and compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
Your expertise and ideal skill set
Commercial education or equivalent qualification; further education in Payroll, HR or Social Insurance is an advantage.
Several years of professional payroll experience, ideally in an international environment.
Sound knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security, pension funds and employment legislation.
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are an asset.
