Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (m/w/d) Purification

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (m/w/d) Purification to join our team on a project basis, initially until approximately Q1 2030. This role is based in Springe, Germany, at an expert career level within the production department.

Responsibilities

• Build and formalize knowledge on new processes and products in purification.
• Support and participate in projects, working groups, audits, inspections, and workshops both locally and across sites.
• Create change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Prepare and accompany qualification, validation, and testing procedures.
• Participate in and conduct risk analyses.

Qualifications

• Master\’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, especially GMP.
• Solution-oriented, structured, precise, and independent working style.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
