Responsibilities
In this position, individuals are responsible for solution sales via channel partners to the assigned industries and/or territory
Responsibilities include:
- Leads the development and execution of partner yearly business plans for Octave solutions to address business challenges within assigned industry segments.
- Engages directly with customers, prospects, in support of channel partners to drive sales of Octave solutions, leveraging advanced lead generation and outreach techniques.
- Manages complex sales cycles for channel partners through coaching and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, development, professional services, partners, and support. ort.
- Maintains sales forecasts, pipeline, and status updates in the CRM system, supporting the achievement of sales quotas.
- Utilizes cold calling and networking techniques to contribute to the pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Works with the Business Partner team to support successful solution implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Interacts professionally with a range of customers, including supporting engagements with C-level executives for both existing and new accounts.
- Collaborates within virtual sales teams, fostering strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
- Applies effective negotiation and closing techniques, while consistently demonstrating strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
