You are responsible of the Information Systems supporting Finance departments of Oddo BHF Group composed of 50+ applications. You act as a strategic partner for Finance departments, with a deep functional understanding of Finance & Risk concepts, enabling you to:

• Design and deliver the most relevant solutions with a Group approach, especially in the actual context of major project of harmonization of tools and processes for Finance
• Ensure stability, high availability and appropriate performance of your application landscape by proactively driving required measures and action plans when improvements are necessary (SRE approach)
• Provide support, resolve incidents, monitor the IT Quality of Service of your perimeter and measure improvements
• Deliver the IT project portfolio designed jointly with the business, manage business application landscape of your business and its architecture, identify opportunities to simplify and drive its evolution
• Monitor IT Risks, Regulatory and Security of your perimeter: coordination the implementation of IT Regulatory and Security requirements, Remediation of audit findings and vulnerabilities on schedule, proper implementation of the internal IT policy framework
• Control and report IT budget and costs to your business in MD and in euro, ensuring alignment of our investments and run-the-bank costs with business and IT strategy
• Completed studies in Computer Science Engineering or comparable (Master’s degree or above), ideally with a specialization in Finance
• Minimum 10 years of global IT experience
• Strong experience in managing IT projects and IT support
• Experience in Banking industry: Private Banking, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Brokerage…
• Experience in Finance application management : General accounting, Consolidation, Financial controlling, Finance or ESG Regulatory Reporting
• Experience in both in-house software development and vendor software management
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts and their real-life implementation
• Practiced in Functional Architecture and IS Urbanization
