Senior IT Business Analyst (m / w / d) in Saarbrücken (37623663)

Our business from different departments located in different countries is looking for a senior business analyst to support the run activity of various applications linked to Audit, Business Continuity Management, Guideline, Corporate Governance, Legal, Procurement & Human Resources.

Your key role will be to analyze with all the stakeholders their new business requirements and check internal complex constraints (technical architecture, application dependencies …..) to deploy the relevant development.

Deep dive the impact analysis is strongly recommended to erase the risks. Having a clear vision, mastering the project steps, being proactive, and anticipating are fundamental.

Your IT responsibility is to lead some projects with the Head of IT & the business through workshops and impact analysis of our IT applications: for example around our employees master data, our GED platform, our BPMN platform, ….

Facing the business / internal-client:

• Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representatives.
• Rationalization of business case, formalization of rationale and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management.
• Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target architecture.
• Preparation and animation of project committees (French, English), workshops…
• Change management: Training, Communication.
• Feature design definition and modeling.
• Support to the writing of the Business Requirement Definition.
• Incident management: qualification, analysis, coordination, resolution plan.
• Define the test plan strategy & write the test plan.
• Management of change requests in accordance with the team\’s project framework.
• Work breakdown structure, planning and budget management.
• Project planning and project documentation management.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in IT department and as a business analyst.
• Strong project & business analyst experience.
• System / Application: Recent experience on projects requiring specific development.
• Fluent in English and in French, essential (Read, Written, spoken).
• Ability to demonstrate / argue, ability to defend reasoning.
• Design, functional modeling of a system.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Design a new architecture based on an existing architecture / Design new architecture.
• Autonomy, insight, force of proposal.
• Mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Drawio, Xmind.
• Methodology: AGILE, V cycle.
• Knowledge of SQL, API, Single Sign On, Azure Active Directory.
