As a Vice President (Corporate Finance / M&A), you will be a key member of our corporate finance / M&A deal team, playing a critical role in leading transaction execution and business development activities on a day-to-day basis. Overseeing and refining the preparation marketing materials (e.g. teasers, info memos, management presentations) for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments Well-rounded academic background, ideally with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field from a top tier university Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are required Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills
