ODM Partners have been retained exclusively to appoint an Asset Manager for an International Infrastructure Investor. The firm is well-established with investments across Europe and North America, spanning a range of infrastructure risk strategies. As the platform continues to strengthen its Asset Management capability, it is seeking an individual to lead business transformation and performance improvement initiatives across a portfolio of infrastructure and infrastructure-related businesses. Working closely with investment professionals and portfolio company management teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and delivering operational and commercial improvement opportunities. The role offers exposure to investments where active ownership and value creation are central to the investment approach, providing the opportunity to help shape a growing transformation capability within a lean, highly international team. Key Responsibilities
Develop a diverse toolkit of techniques and methodologies to diagnose, evaluate and pursue improvement within asset business plans and operations. Implement structured processes for performance tracking, reporting, and strategic planning. Implement opportunities through the development and execution of transformation plans tied to EBITDA improvement. Leverage internal and external resources to drive change, focusing on key revenue and cost drivers such as people, procurement, operations, support services and finance reporting. Engage with stakeholders at a senior level to create leverage and drive change. Candidate Profile
Right to work in Switzerland / EU citizen. Approximately 5–10 years' experience gained within a leading management consultancy, private equity portfolio operations/value creation team, transformation consultancy, or an in-house strategy, transformation or operational excellence function. Demonstrated experience leading business transformation and performance improvement programmes from diagnostic through to implementation, delivering measurable operational and financial outcomes. Experience across initiatives such as transformation offices, 100-day plans, operating model design, organisational effectiveness, procurement, operational excellence, commercial excellence or cost transformation. Strong programme management capability, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and influencing senior stakeholders. Commercially minded, collaborative and hands-on, with the ability to combine structured problem solving with practical execution. Infrastructure experience is advantageous but not essential.
