- Reaching out to potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn - you are the first contact between oee.ai and manufacturing companies.
- Qualifying inbound enquiries from our website, whitepapers and trade fairs: you find out in conversation where things hurt and whether we are a fit.
- Preparing and handing over first meetings to the sales team, including clean documentation in the CRM.
- Building and maintaining the target account list - you research companies, contacts and reasons to get in touch.
- Improving how we reach out, by learning from your conversations, sharpening the arguments and, once you are up to speed, running first meetings yourself.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering).
- Experience in B2B cold calling and outbound prospecting (SDR/BDR, inside sales) - ideally in SaaS.
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor in direct customer contact, as well as excellent proficiency in German and English.
- Structured, independent and team-oriented approach to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Passion for production topics and digital solutions.
