Ihre zukünftige Rolle In the role as Project Lead you will support a 7‑person team in the following activities:
Planning, steering, and successful implementation of software projects in the medical technology environment.
Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and ensuring efficient collaboration.
Defining, structuring, and prioritizing technical requirements in close coordination with product owners and other stakeholders.
Planning and steering sprints, work packages, milestones, and resources.
Ensuring achievement of project objectives regarding scope, time, budget, and quality.
Ensuring compliance with project‑specific quality, process, and regulatory requirements and actively contributing to their development.

Completed technical education (HTL, FH or university) with a focus on software engineering.
Several years of experience leading software or IT projects and handling complex project structures.
Experience in medical technology.
Enjoyment of project organization and collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
High motivation to engage with new technologies and innovative topics.
Structured, solution‑oriented work style with strong sense of responsibility (ownership mindset).
Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the MedTech sector.
Excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing.
