You have proven experience managing multiple international technical projects and are confident interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and related documentation. Experience in thermal spraying is required. /liliYou combine technical expertise with strong project execution skills. You can break down complex technical projects into manageable work packages, delegate activities effectively, and communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. You demonstrate sound judgment, strong customer orientation, and good commercial awareness. /liliYou are open-minded, initiative-taking, and comfortable working in an international environment. You communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and you can motivate, coach, and support high-performing teams.
