This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global HR initiatives, work closely with business and HR stakeholders, and help shape a modern, data-driven people function. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and drive organisational transformation initiatives, including organizational design, workforce transformation, productivity improvement programs, and MA activities /li liContribute to the development and execution of transformation roadmaps aligned with business and people priorities /li liPartner with senior leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities /li liLead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely execution /li liManage project governance, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications /li liAct as the key project liaison between HR, Operations, Finance, and other business functions /li liDrive change management, communication, and engagement activities to support adoption of new ways of working /li liContribute to the development of organisational capabilities, workforce planning, and future skills strategies /li liSupport digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives by assessing workforce impacts and helping build organisational readiness /li liContribute to the design and enhancement of organizational capability frameworks, skills architecture, and workforce planning strategies /li liPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and business performance /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field /li liSignificant experience in HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Technology, and/or HR Strategy /li liProven success in designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes, particularly in Talent Management /li liPassion for digital innovation, workforce transformation, and continuous improvement; experience in manufacturing environments or MA activities is an advantage /li liStrong ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective people solutions /li liExcellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills /li liExperience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively in matrix organisations /li liStrong project management, change management, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a data-driven mindset /li liFluent in English and German /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liA very welcoming, supportive and collaborative team spirit and an open company culture /li liAn exciting and challenging opportunity to work in a global technology company /li liAttractive compensation and working conditions /li /ul h3Why Oerlikon: /h3 pTeam Spirit is one of our core values.
