To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking for a
Management Controller
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for optimising the processes and operational costs of our various structures, notably the pharmacies, in direct collaboration with our department dedicated to their management.
Autonomous, precise and curious, you have a good analytical capacity and will be able to make constructive proposals. You will bring skills and experience to provide solid data to best manage our structures and favourably continue their development.
Your main tasks
- Development and implementation of management and monitoring tools. Verification of their proper use - Regular reporting on the activities of the group’s companies - Monitoring of financing and banking relations - Monitoring discrepancies between forecast objectives / achieved objectives and proposing corrective actions if necessary - Budget preparation - Participation in the implementation of analytical accounting - Conducting financial studies
Your profile
- Higher education in finance and controlling with at least 5 years of successful experience in a company - Native French speaker. Good command of German is an asset - Expert in Excel and good knowledge of office tools - Knowledge of the ABACUS ERP is desirable - Experience in financial management is an asset - Strong team spirit - Precise and organised
