Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for our client, a leading European M&E Engineering company for a project in Frankfurt am Main. The company is constructing projects in nine different European countries. Due to continued expansion as a result of winning new business, they are now seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for measuring work packages from drawings and applying rates to work up package pricing.
• Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director.
• Compile monthly reports in accordance with procedure.
• Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings.
• Timely submission of claims/notices in accordance with contract provisions.
• Document cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and analytically proficient.
• Data Centre experience is advantageous.
