…a Programmatic Advertising Specialist (f/m/x/d) with a true passion for the complex world of digital marketing.
As part of our international team of digital campaign experts, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing end-to-end campaigns with the goal of maximizing efficiency and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
YOUR MISSION WITH US:
- You manage the day-to-day operations of our programmatic product portfolio as well as traditional display campaigns, and continuously develop the department as a specialist.
- You are responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our programmatic campaigns (Display, Video, Audio) end-to-end. For this, you leverage your deep expertise in common DSPs.
- Your data-driven approach drives continuous improvements in campaign performance by delivering precise reports and actionable insights for future campaigns.
- You maintain close communication with other specialized teams to continuously develop and optimize our programmatic formats.
- You optimize and automate workflows to make campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting more efficient for the team.
- You work closely with our Partner Development Managers and Key Account Managers, providing regular updates on campaign status and necessary action recommendations.
- You create and present monthly reports using Looker and other platforms, offering data-driven recommendations.

- You bring extensive expertise in programmatic advertising, with solid experience in DV360 and campaign management tools like Campaign Manager 360.
- Ideally, you have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic advertising.
- You are passionate about analyzing KPIs, conducting in-depth data analysis, and continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve impressive results.
- Additional experience in audiences, tracking, and dynamic creatives is desirable.
- You work precisely and analytically, with a ‚done is better than perfect‘ mentality that drives you to achieve your goals.
- You are a team player with the motivation and willingness to grow with us and take on new challenges.
- You speak fluent English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
