The Disability Insurance Office for the canton of Vaud is looking to recruit to strengthen its Pensions service a:
Pension Specialist/Manager (M/F) at 80%-100%
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
Salary scale: 6 (Salary scale)
Your duties
Your role is to process pension applications from our beneficiaries, ensuring the follow-up and handling of a file, from its receipt to the sending of the decision.
To this end, you collect information from beneficiaries and partners, analyse documents and verify insurance conditions. You remain available to the beneficiary to inform them about the progress of their file. You then decide on the entitlement to AI benefits and communicate this decision to the beneficiary.
This task is carried out in an interdisciplinary environment and allows interaction with partners from different professional backgrounds.
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC - Several years of professional experience in processing complex files within an insurance company (mandatory) - The federal diploma in social insurance would be an asset - Excellent writing and decision-making skills - Analytical and synthesis skills - Strong organisational sense - Good interpersonal skills - Interest in legal and administrative fields
Knowledge of German: a plus
