What you can contribute
- on behalf of the Confederation and the cantons, lead the eHealth Switzerland competence and coordination centre from a strategic, technical, personnel, financial and organisational perspective - establish the new organisation whose main mission is "standardisation and interoperability", in accordance with the framework agreement - manage the national roadmap for binding standards and exchange formats in the healthcare system, in close collaboration with sector stakeholders and the cantons - create the conceptual foundations to plan and coordinate the interactions and schedules of healthcare system actors at both national and international levels - operate the terminology server and the Swiss National Release Center for the use of SNOMED CT - manage the secretariat of the specialised group "Data Management in the Healthcare System" and develop its content
What makes you unique
- university degree in social sciences, medicine or health sciences (preferably a doctorate or further training in health management and public health) - proven knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (standards and interoperability, distribution of competences between the Confederation and the cantons) - technical and specialised knowledge of the three levels of interoperability (technical, syntactic and semantic), in particular the HL7 FHIR standard and international ontologies/classifications in the health sector - strong team spirit, ability to lead a team, excellent social skills to work in a complex and demanding environment - confidence in public speaking and excellent writing skills - active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
